1. Acceptance and provider

By creating an account or using Lingus, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Lingus is provided by CAR SOLUTIONS NETWORK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a company registered in Poland.

2. What Lingus provides

Lingus helps save English words and phrases from context, prepare learning material, schedule memory checks and show progress estimates. It is not a complete language curriculum, examination, professional translation service or guarantee of proficiency.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your device and account, and report suspicious activity. You may not use the service to violate another person’s rights or bypass technical limits.

4. Your content

You keep your rights to submitted words, passages and sources. You allow Lingus to process them only as needed to provide the service, maintain security and deliver support you request.

Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, third-party sensitive data without a lawful basis or complete copyrighted works where that would infringe rights.

5. Automated results

Suggested meanings, examples and memory estimates can contain errors and are assistive only. Verify critical translations independently and use the correction tools. A retention percentage is an estimate, not a promise.

6. Acceptable use

• do not attempt to access another person’s data or bypass security
• do not disrupt the service or create excessive automated load
• do not resell access or systematically copy the product without permission
• do not use Lingus for unlawful activity

7. Availability and changes

We may change features, fix errors or temporarily restrict access for maintenance and security. Material changes are published here. If paid features are introduced, pricing and renewal rules will be shown before purchase.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Lingus and request account deletion. See the account deletion instructions. Access may be limited for a material breach, security threat or lawful requirement.

9. Liability and contact

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every automated recommendation is error-free or that a particular learning result will be achieved. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
